3DRapidPrint Ordering Process

How much do parts cost?

Since 3DRapidPrint does not have the overhead burden of manual quoting, we are able to pass the cost savings onto you, the buyer. We know that the prices at 3DRapidPrint are the most competitive you will find. Our system is built that way. And just to make sure, 9 times out of 10, 3DRapidPrint will meet and beat our competitor’s prices. Talk to your Account Manager today!

What happens after I place an order?

After you accept your quote and activate your project, you will be taken to the project activation screen.

On the project activation screen you will be asked to provide or verify the following information:

  • Your shipping and billing information
  • Your Purchase Order or credit card number (on a secured server)

Once you have input all the necessary information, your project information is forwarded to your personal Project Manager. Your Project Manager will then contact you directly to do the following:

  • Verify all the information that you provided
  • Discuss any special circumstances or requirements that you have noted in your order
  • Provide a preliminary delivery date.

From there your parts are produced, inspected, and shipped directly to you.

Your parts are shipped via Federal Express Priority Overnight (unless you have specified another shipment method on the activation form). They are packed by professional shippers who understand that each part is important and have years of experience shipping custom manufactured parts.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Once you receive your order, your Project Manager will call you to verify that your order was acceptable. After this phone call is complete, we document that your project is closed.

If there is a problem with your parts, tell your Project Manager about any issues during the follow-up call.
